What RemediateDesk connects to, and how far we have proven each

Every integration, with its status stated plainly, how it connects, what it reads and writes, and the limits. Nothing is listed that the product does not have.

What the status labels mean

Live
In use against real customer accounts.
Built, not yet proven
Implemented and tested against simulated responses, but not yet run against a real account of that product. Expect to be the first.

What we do not do

  • An integration is never a way round the approval rules. A ticket or a script run from your RMM starts the same flow as the dashboard, and the machine's approval mode, or the trust level you gave an Autopilot playbook, decides what runs on its own.
  • We do not send anything to your customers. Notes written to a ticket are internal, and no integration emails or messages an end user.
  • We do not guess which machine a ticket belongs to. A person maps it, and a ticket with no mapping is skipped.
  • We do not keep your PSA or RMM credentials in our database. They sit in a secrets vault and are deleted when you disconnect.
  • We do not read mailboxes, files or chat history in Microsoft 365. The actions available are users, groups and licences.
  • We do not replace your PSA or RMM. We sit beside them, and a status of Built, not yet proven means exactly that.

The wider picture is on the Security and Trust Center.
